You assume the role of the leader of the "Order" nation, which values peace and knowledge over blind devotion to weaponry. Consequently, you become a prime target for infiltration by neighboring nations. To defend your people, your only recourse is to launch preemptive strikes and adapt to the technologies of other nations along the way.
